For the second assignment of Building Construction and Materials, we were tasked with a group assignment, prioritizing teamwork and group learning. Students were tasked with creating a group of 6-7 members who would then create a construction drawing set featuring detailed building elements on superstructure, based on a floor plan for a double-story terrace house that we would locate for ourselves. My group consisted of myself, Ammar, Jayati Gogia, Kho Sze Hao, Nur Elysya Ameera binti Shamsudin, Lim Yi Xuan, and Chin Yuet Sze. Our chosen building Sahi W&D by the architect firm SILAA.
